Thanksgiving was cool~~lots of food and fun.
P and I went to a friend's house for dinner. The husband's mother is here visiting from Atl, and she made a lot of the food. She made some delicious oyster dressing. Also, another family from England joined us. Our contribution was the apple juice.
As with most people that come to visit family here, the mother-in-law said she is in no real hurry to get back to the US. She said she is to leave in January, but will stay as long as immigrations will let her.
Because of the time difference, the Lions/Colts game came on about 6pm. We stayed and watched the game until it was apparent that P missed her nap earlier in the day.
Our original plans were to to go to The Netherlands this weekend, but they are expecting their first real snowfall this weekend, and the BMW does not handle good in the snow. So, we are staying home. We are going to see The Incredibles, and I am going to study (again) for my midterm that was put off until Monday.
On Sunday, P is going to spend time with D. I had to let him know that just because I am really pissed at him right now, it won't get in the way of him spending time with her (he was expecting the opposite from me, so his only reaction was 'Oh').
