Crazy Dog and His Corner

One night last week, while making sure the doors were locked before going to bed, I couldn't find Crazy Dog. I called him a few times, and he didn't come. I looked all around the house in his favorite hiding places, but no Crazy Dog. He has 4 'beds' in the house, each with it's own blanket. Checking the 2nd bed, this is what I saw:
